Deleting folder from Recent folder that appears when filing er-mails

I accidentally created a second folder in my File e-mail list by sending an e-mail to an incoming mail folder when I intended to send it to a file folder . This caused that folder to appear in my Recents list every time I go to file something (see image). How can I fix this?
