my passcode was changed I did not Change it i cannot get into my laptop or change the password I went to upgrade through Firefox and I lost everything so I went in to recover and it was taking a long time to download finally my computer closed I went to open my computer and I put my password in and it says it's incorrect that I needed to reset it it gave me a hint and I don't recall that hand I've had the same password for a couple of years plus it tells me to put in a USB and my laptop cannot what does not have a port to put one in so how am I going to recover or get a new password
