How to change search engine from Google.com to Google.it
Hello there,
I'm going crazy, I'm Italian and the O.S are in English as Firefox and it's fine, I'm a developer.
But the Google search engine is set to Google.com. I can't change it to Google.it. There are no add-ons, nothing in abut:config.
How can I achieve this?
Thanks

Unfortunately there is no plugin for my country as the website explains here https://mycroftproject.com/install.html?id=23605&basename=googleit-web&icontype=ico&name=Google+Italia
I see a few Google.it search engines.
It's browser.search.region. ;-))

I tried to add what I see in your screenshot. I changed from US to IT and it doesn't work.
Works for me if I click the OpenSearch Working Icon Google Italia en-WW (google.it) by marco [Review]

Cool! How did you get it in there?

You can change your browser language to Italian, but I suspect it still comes with the global Google search configuration.
I submitted a dedicated google.it search extension for review. For now, that page is unavailable, but I shared the code over here:

It takes me far longer to make an icon than to create and test the code for a new Google site. <sigh>
**Edit** So long that by the time I'm done, you already solved it.
