CPU has Win7.1 and Win10. I use both depending on need. Can I have Thunderbird operate the same on both? Identical on Win10 as Win7.1.

Possible, for example when auto syncing local Tbird accs with IMAP webmail accs like Gmail or such.

I guess I asked the ? wrong. What I want is Tbird to be the same when I am on 7.1 or 10. Same profile, messages etc.

Zamar answered correctly, yes it is possible as long as you are using IMAP to connect to your email provider. In that case any and all Thunderbirds on different OS or devices will show the identical inbox and sent information - same messages. Regarding the profile, yes that should work too, just use the normal method for 'moving' Thunderbird to a new computer - but in this case, copying the profile to a separate OS. If that is not what you meant, then please rephrase the question.
