Hello, Several months ago I purchased your VPN during the registration (creating a Mozilla account) process. I wasn't able to continue the registration process after the purchase and have been charged for several months of the VPN without being able to use it as it was never assigned to an account. Can I please have a refund and stop the payments coming out of my PayPal account under "mote-of-dust@gmx.com"?
