Cancel VPN subscription under different email address
I signed up and paid for Mozilla VPN and when asked to create an associated, new email address, I did so. Now however, I cannot log into this new email address, create a password or download the Mozilla VPN app. I am using a different email address for this support question. How can I cancel my Mozilla VPN subscription that was initiated with a new email address that I cannot access?

I am sorry this happened! When registering for Mozilla VPN you have to enter an existing email address, we are sorry for the confusion. We are currently working on making this flow better.
