This issue just started happening recently.

1. When the username and passwords are typed in, nothing shows.

2. Another is that when I go to download my bank statement, the PDF doesn't have any data in it.

These features work in Edge.

I have updated Firefox to the latest update. Is this a computer issue OR a Firefox issue?

I am having a hard time finding any online help for this.

Thanks!

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Could be a problem with the font (possibly Helvetica) that is used on those webpages.

You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the builtin Inspector with this element selected.

You can check in the Rules tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font-family is used for selected text. You can check in the Font tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font is actually used because Firefox might be using a different font than specified by the website.
