Migrating Thunderbird from Ubuntu to Windows
I understand about migrating profiles and profiles between versions of linux but Windows wants a profile folder.
I'm loading a brand new version of Thunderbird but it keeps wanting me to setup a new profile which changes the profile.ini file.
Tried editing the profile.ini with no success.
Anyone got any clues?

How is that a problem? And what are you trying to achieve in the first place?
