I have a friend who is using thunderbird. She has multiple IMAP accounts set up. Including a Hotmail and personal server ones.

One of them is from her website server address. When an email is sent to this address it appears in the correct inbox BUT also appears in the Hotmail inbox!

There are no forwarders set up. I have removed the accounts, restarted thunderbird and re-added the accounts. It still does it. I do not have a unified inbox, the view is set to 'all'.

I have checked on the server and logged in to live.com to check the Hotmail settings. None of them has rules, forwarders or any overlapping information.

I am at a loss. Any ideas?

Check the non-Hotmail account in webmail as well, and check the Reply-to Address, if there is one, in Account Settings.
