When VPN is active, some URL's are not found or blocked when Mozilla VPN is active.

Windows 10, PC, Browser Firefox - all with newest Version

If I switch of VPN, the sites are found.

Hi there,

thank you for reaching out on the forum.

Unfortunately, some websites, streaming services and government sites disallow usage of VPN and will block access if they detect you’re using one. There’s no current workaround for this as it’s a decision made on their end of things, not ours. It may be something we can look at working around in the future. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused! Some users reported that changing the server location from the drop down list also fixed the issue for certain websites, so you can give this a try.

Probleme mit neuer VPN APP für Windows 10!

Hallo alle, Mit der neuen App für Win 10 ist der Netzwerkzugriff (Drucker etc. ) nicht mehr möglich, auch wenn das entsprechende Feld aktiviert ist.


Zudem ist es nicht möglich, Mozilla Support über die Funktion in der App zu erreichen. Meldung: unerwarteter Fehler!
