"tree of folders" disappear

For several days we have problems with displaying the "tree of folders" in Thunderbird on several accounts in the company. Accounts are added after IMAP protocol, In the subscription manager window you can see the current tree of folders, however, after selecting them for subscribing and restarting the program, they appear in the program for 3 seconds and then disappear. The folders in the manager window are visible again as unsubscribed. However everything works fine in exchange protocol (owl).

Od kilku dni mamy problemy z wyświetlaniem drzewka folderów w zewnętrznych klientach poczty np. thunderbird na kilkunastu kontach w firmie. Konta dodawane są po IMAP, w oknie managera subskrypcji można zobaczyć aktualne drzewko folderów jednak po zaznaczeniu ich do subskrybowania i po ponownym uruchomieniu programu pojawiają się w programie na 3 sekundy po czym znikają. Foldery oknie managera są widoczne znowu jako niesubskrybowane. Po exchange wszystko działa prawidłowo (sowa).
