lots of information there, but what is the actual error you get?

Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.hushmail.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.

It looks like you have the same security on the incoming IMAP server and the outgoing SMTP. Port 993 for IMAP usually has SSL/TLS security, but port 587 for SMTP usually has STARTTLS security. Hushmail also supports SSL/TLS on the SMTP, but on port 465. See if 587/STARTTLS or 465/SSL/TLS work.

Tried both did not help in least still get SMTP server error

In the original post you say that "Both my Android phone with bluemail and Window desktop with Thunderbird have same error". Is that still true - that both of two separate devices and apps with different settings are getting the same error? Sounds like something wrong at Hushmail's SMTP server. Which of the ports and security settings suggested by sfhowes are you using in bluemail?

It just came back with no changes from my end how aggravating when CS at Hushmail doesn't listens aand ignores problems and blame customer paid for 8 years.
