Hello there again.
If you ve followed the steps of migrating from outlook to Mac mail.(as above article explains).
Then it s the Mbox.file that you can find in Mac.mail.
This mbox.file you can copy this into the Thunderbird 78.0 version.
Here it s described how to do it. Read this article how to.
Follow these steps to successfully migrate MBOX email into Thunderbird. Open Thunderbird Import Wizard tool and click on Add File. Add the MBOX file and click on Open. Select profile from the Identity list and click Import. The software will successfully import Apple Mail MBOX file in Thunderbird.
What is Mbox Mac.
Email storage format used for organizing email messages in a single text file; saves messages in a concatenated format in which each message is stored after another, starting with the "From" header; originally used by Unix hosts but now supported by other email applications, including Apple Mail. Version 1.x of Apple Mail used MBOX files and stored them in the /User/Library/Mail/Mailboxes/ directory. However, Mail 2.0 and later uses the .EMLX format, which separates the messages into individual files so that they can be searched by Spotlight. Common MBOX Filenames: INBOX.mbox - The name given to the primary Inbox mail folder in Apple Mail, the default email program for Mac OS X.

Then do steps again and then click the "Address Book" of other data items you need to import.
Oké you are on a mac book or other similar device. The files from your outlook program on the Mac has to be transferred to Thunderbird on the same Mac book?
The files on the outlook map profile map got all your emails in the maps there. It s called the Olm files this map that contains the Olm files has to go to one of the Thunderbird profile maps.
There is a way to use a tool for Mac. Olm converter.
What version os do you use at this time of using a Mac? You can try to use this way to import your mails into apple mail. Then from there to Thundrerbird Mail on Mac. that s the simple manual way to do it. Do you stay on your Mac device?

Hello there again.
I have found for you the quickest way typed in this article. To do this it s called a longest way but. It s nothing just follow these steps and message me back oke?
I will look for the way to move these mails from the Mac mail into Thunderbird mail.
There is a longish way to do this.
In Outlook, Select the folder you want to move (If there are folders within the folder, you have to select each individual subfolder, as the subfolders won't copy along with the main folder, only the messages in the folder will copy). Click and drag the selected folder (ex: inbox folder) to a new folder on your desktop. I couldn't figure out a way to select all the folders, so i dragged each folder and subfolder from Outlook into the folder on the desktop. Once you're done copying all the Outlook folders, open up Mac Mail. Go to File --> import mailboxes. Then select "Files in mbox format" and click continue. Then select desktop, and the folder you dragged all of your Outlook folders into. Hit "Choose." Mac Mail will import all of these folders, and when it's finished, will tell you that they are under the folder labeled "imports" in Mac Mail, and you just have to move all your subfolders back into their main folders.
Like I said, it takes a little while longer than I would like, but it worked for me and now I have all my old mail from Outlook in Mac Mail.
