OS: Win10 Browser: Firefox 89.0.2 (64-bit) Print Destination: Save to PDF

Is there a way to customize the [Print Dialogue] to have a "Custom" [Paper Size] ?

=> I would be using this in particular for [Save to PDF] as a [Print Destination]. (Screenshot attached)

Example: Can i add [ABC] as a [Paper Size] with Dimensions [Width: 8.5 inches, Height: 22 inches] to the [Print Dialogue] in the list with [Letter], [Legal], [Tabloid] and [A3]

Is there something like the old Mozilla XUL scripting or some XML or JSON to customize this?

Is this a function of info/meta the OS provides and needs to be completed at the OS level? or the application level (Firefox)?

Thank You.
