Can't send email on TB 78.11.0 for Mac

About an hour ago, TB abruptly stopped sending emails. All other internet connectivity is working fine - including receiving emails. I didn't make any changes to any settings in TB. It just stopped sending.

When I try to send, it says it can't connect to the SMTP server. I have three different email accounts set up in TB, which use three different SMTP servers and I get the same error message for all of them.

I restarted everything (cable modem, WiFi router, computer) - that didn't help. I connected to the internet via a WiFi hotspot on my phone. That didn't help.

The only security software on my Mac is BlockBlock. I have been using that for years, through many TB software updates and have not encountered this problem before - so I doubt that could be the cause of this.

I use my computer for work and I'm dead in the water now. I appreciate any help to diagnose and solve this problem.
