The image shows that the TO email address is a contact in one of your address books because it shows a blue star.

The name in the 'Recipient' and 'Correspondent' columns will be a 'Display' name.

In your 'Address Book', locate the 'Recipient' either by searching for email address or the name of recipient. You may notice the 'Display' name for the contact is what you are seeing.

You could locate this from the email 'To' email address. Select email soit shows in Message Pane. left click on the email address in the 'TO' field and select 'Edit Contact' This will open the 'EDit Contact' window. This will tell you the address book name where it is stored. Click on 'Edit details' and this opens another window showing what is stored for that contact.
