Hi

I created a mailing list and was adding contacts to it, but when it reached 8 the contact fields ran out and I could not scroll it or add any more than 8.

Is there a way? Thanks

In the 'Edit Mailing list name' window: start to type and adrop down appears so you can select a name Press Enter to go to new line and repeat. when you get to the last line, add email address and press enter and it auto creates a new line and will also enable a scrollbar.

However, there is another quick method. This is done in the address book view. You select name of address that contains the mailing list. Use drag and drop from address book into the mailing list name in left pane.
