Security Exception popup no longer pops up - so email is no longer useable.

I have used Thunderbird for twenty years without problems - till now. About a month ago, TB started asking me to confirm security exceptions that in the past had been stored reliably, except after an update, every time I opened the program.

As of Feb. 2, TWO of my three email addresses are not functional, because the security exception box does not pop up (I guess!) I see the 'working' loop, and it keeps working and working - but nothing loads.

The third email address is fine - but I am telling it to confirm the security exception almost daily.

My three email addresses have different domain names, but all three domains are hosted by Dreamhost.

Is there a consumer solution available - or is this a bug that Mozilla needs to address?

What is your anti-virus software?

When a security exception prompt pops up - what is the actual error? Please post a screenshot. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem

There shouldn't be a security exception prompt in the first place. This isn't a 'Mozilla bug' but a problem with your installation.
