My Address Book configuration as follows, top level book, with several sub Books. How to add Book "NEWS" to list under "All Address Books"? The system only allows me to add Book "NEWS" as a sub of the 4 listed below.

All Address Books 

   Personal Address Books
   People Helping
   z Not Using
   Collected Addresses

File/New... Address Book, name it NEWS.
