I just installed the G-Hub Lite add-on and when I try to use it I can't sign on, It say: The browser you’re using doesn’t support JavaScript, or has JavaScript turned off. I open a new tab in Thunderbird and use about:config. javascript.enabled is set to true. Is there anything else I should check?

Chosen solution

Try this: In 'Config Editor' search for : general.useragent.compatMode.firefox If it says 'False', double click on that line to toggle the value to 'True'

Also check Firefox browser (assuming you are using Firfox) to see if javascript is enabled. in address bar type about:config accept warning search for javascript look for : javascript.enabled If set to 'False', double click to toggle to 'True

It should be enabled by default, but perhaps you have other addons that effect it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/javascript-settings-for-interactive-web-pages
