I am setting up a new computer with Windows 10 and am trying to transfer saved emails and address book information from my old WIN7 computer. I have tried to follow the instructions in the help section but keep getting confused as my Windows 10 file structure appears to be different than the Win7 structure. Have spent well over an hour trying to figure it out with no success. Can someone give me a different step by step set of instructions? I am about to go insane......

Thank you, Jim Dorris [email]@sonic.net

On the W7 computer: Open TB, Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, Ctrl+A to Select All, copy to a removable drive.

On the W10 computer: Open TB, Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder, close TB, Ctrl+A to Select All, Delete or Shift+Delete, copy in the files and folders from the removable drive. Restart TB.
