Hello Joe!

The Mozilla VPN is available for Windows 10 (64-bit only), Mac (10.15 and up), Android (version 6 and up), iOS (13.0 and up), and Linux (Ubuntu-only) devices.

You can have up to 5 devices on a single subscription. Go to vpn.mozilla.org on each device and simply sign in to the Firefox account you used with your Mozilla VPN subscription and it will automatically add it to your devices. Then the application should work normally.

I hope this helps,

Hey Joe,

Thank you for reaching out!

It's quite easy to add new devices to your Mozilla VPN subscription. To do so, go to vpn.mozilla.org on the new device and simply sign in to the Firefox account you used with your Mozilla VPN subscription and it will automatically add it to your devices. Then the application should work normally. You can have up to 5 devices on a single subscription.

I hope this helps!
