I'm having the same problem that the above angry customer is having. I am subscribed to Mozilla VPN and have been using it until yesterday when suddenly I was advised that I need to subscribe. I cannot seem to figure out how to submit a help request that will provide me with a helpful response. The "Find help/Get help" searches don't seem to be very useful at all. I feel like I'm being led around in circles. I need some help!
