Undelete a Contact List

I made the mistake of Deleting my contacts lists. and cannot find a way to Undelete the List. I'm in dip do-do with about 200 lost contacts with their names, email addresses etc.

Any help would be the best Holiday present you could give me, Uncle Dewey

have you gone through the update process from 68 to 78? If so the update might have left a backup file.
