Hi I've added a new email. My existing is [email]@theweddingowl.com and I've added [email]@e-lope.co.uk and I'm unable to send or I believe receive emails. I'm not technical so would love a step by step dummies guide to resolving where I've gone wrong.

Many thanks for your time x

What happens if you use the recommended settings, smtp.stackmail.com on 465, SSL/TLS, normal password? You are already using imap.stackmail.com for the incoming server. Tools/Account Settings, Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the bottom of the left pane to Edit. Then, select each account in the left pane of Account Settings and make sure that Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the right pane is pointing to the correct server, i.e. e-lope.co.uk account is sending on smtp.stackmail.com with the e-lope.co.uk User Name, and theweddingowl.com is sending on smtp.stackmail.com with the theweddingowl User Name. Two smtp.stackmail.com servers, with different User Names.
