Create a full backup of your Thunderbird profile. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data#w_backing-up-a-profile

Uninstall the 32-bit Thunderbird.

Download the 64-bit Thunderbird installer from https://www.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/all/

Run the installer.
