Why doesn't Mozilla offer a Mozilla/Firefox based email address? I'm tired of google/gmail. Other options are just "OK". Would love to have an @firefox.com or @mozilla.com or @thunderbird.com email address. Maybe something clever like @foxmail.com, @mozmail.com, @thundermail.com, etc.

I'd like to make this suggestion to Mozilla, but couldn't really find a great support email to send it to.

Such addresses are for Mozilla staff only.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

The company Mozilla does have a @mozilla.org domain for email but they are only for those that work for Mozilla in some way and require it as it is manually approved. When they leave they then have to give up the email.

I doubt Mozilla would ever offer a email service for free to the general public when it would be a costly headache to do so when there are tons of options out there already.
