Follow these 3 steps to enable or disable the control media feature! 1. Open the Firefox browser. 2. Enter about: config into the address bar, and confirm your intention. 3. Type media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled in the search box. 4. Set the media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled option to false to disable the feature.
