Hi, I have an email from December 22, 2018 that does not show up in the main register. However, if I conduct a search, a snippet from the email will show. I click on the email subject but it says there is nothing to download. This is the case for several hundred other emails from 2018 - 2019. Please help!

perhaps the search index contains emails that no longer exist.
