Cannot remove (link such as) https://www.amazon.com/?tag=admarketus from drop down URL Address bar when I want to enter a new search on a new tab. I assume the info prevents anonymity when using amazon sites

Attached image shows the information in "about:config". Can it (they) be removed for more privacy?
