Can't update payment information for Mozilla VPN

I successfully subscribed to Mozilla VPN with my credit card details. I received an email to update my billing information this month because the payment wouldn't go through, even though there has been no changes to my Credit Card. Unfortunately, I can't find the page for subscriptions and the current billing page only has my previously entered card details and just keeps saying that payment failed.

The only other similar post had an answer which says "I'll PM you privately" which seems a bit odd, seeing as there are a few people who seem to have had the same issue. Anyone else solved this problem?

Due to the necessity to access customer information and for privacy protection, an admin will reach out privately to verify information and understand what the issue could be.

What country are you currently located in? Have you tried reaching out to your credit card provider?
