Hi, I have a problem with Thundebird and Office 365 account. We have migrated from one tenant Office 365 to another tenant with O365. One user uses Thundebird, he removed old Office 365 account and added the new one(same email address, different password) via mapi. He is able to connect to O365 account but with some limitations. He cannot sent emails, but he can received email to thundebird. He doesnt see his subfolders in inbox. On the web office.com everything is working fine. Please, can you help me?

Mate špatne nastavené SMTP odosielanej pošty.

Dobrý den, děkuji za odpověď. SMTP server jsme kontrolovali. Nejdříve jsem nechal účet nastavit automaticky a potom ho ještě zkontroloval - nic. Dále jsem zkusil nastavit ručně dle stránek Microsoft a to tak, že: Pro nastavení serveru příchozí pošty použijte outlook.office365.com.

Pro nastavení serveru odchozí pošty SMTP použijte smtp.office365.com.

Port příchozí pošty je 993 pro IMAP nebo 995 pro POP.

Číslo portu odchozí pošty je 587.

Pre nastavenie serveru odchádzajúcej pošty vyskúšajte použiť SMTP od poskytovateľa internetu.
