Chosen solution

Firefox for Android 79 doesn't expose about:config.

Firefox Nightly does, but since it is under active development, it may be less stable than Firefox 79. If you're interested in more info: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.mozilla.fenix

ok, if it's like that I'll just move to nightly, because I still need that configuration, btw will version 79 be stable forever doesn't expose about: config?

I'm sorry, I don't know the future plans for about:config in the stable release. Since you can install them side-by-side, you could check on it from time to time.
