The Lockwise app on Android is merely a shell to display logins stored on the Sync server. If you can't access the app then you can uninstall (remove) the app and reinstall it. You normally unlock the app (blue Unlock icon) via the fingerprint scanner.

If this is about the Password Manager in Firefox then you would have to reset all Firefox data via the Android settings, but you will lose all data stored in Firefox.
