Yes, just make sure each version uses its own profile. Start Profile Manager each time to select the correct profile: Windows key+R, type (path to)thunderbird.exe -p

For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Thunderbird78R\thunderbird.exe -p

starts the profile manager with TB 78 32-bit.
