Our company installs Trend Micro ApexOne as antivirus program. Recently, SentinelOne was added and Firefox doesn't work anymore: it crashes at startup.

Any help?

Chosen solution

You are right: Firefox ESR works!

Hoping that company will dismiss Forcepoint/Websense DLP in the near future.

Thank you very much.

Disable those programs one at a time. Does Firefox still crash?

Sorry for delayed response, due to holidays period. Firefox still crashes continuously, I have some chances to run it only using PortableApp edition.

I'm unable to disable Apex Trend Micro and/or SentinelOne, because I'm on a company laptop and this security programs are required by company policy. SentinelOne support says that is a "Firefox's fault" that has a dangerous behaviour.

I just submitted:

The crash reports mention qipcap64.dll and this file is part of Websense Endpoint business security software, so you need to check this software

Websense claims to only support Firefox ESR versions.
