what? Perhaps you could explain exactly what that means. not going to all mail when?

Given that all mail in a gmail account is in the all mail, regardless of where else it is stored in gmail, I think you need to be very specific in the what you do to make you think it should be there and is not.

It's pretty simple really. I have a G-Mail all mail folder which remains empty. In Box and Sent operate correctly but nothing is going to All Mail.

Is the account IMAP and pop?

Could you please do the following?

  1. Open the menu Fx57Menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy text to Clipboard.
  2. Go to https://pastebin.com, paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page, use the Create New Paste button to create a page containing your info, then copy the resulting URL (address) of the page created.
  3. Open a reply to this post, and paste the link to your troubleshooting information you just copied.
