I have Windows 10 and updated version of Thunderbird email program Recently the default folders [sent, drafts, deleted items] disappeared from the Folder Pane I have so far, rebooted in Default mode, checked all Folder Pane display choices - to ALL I need help to restore at least the default folders - Sent being the most important When I go to folder choices in settings, I checked sent, archives settings again but they are lurking somewhere else in my computer Many Thanks, Kim W. 7.7.20

Are you talking about a POP or IMAP mail account?

If IMAP, see if you need to subscribe again to see folders.

  • Right click on imap mail account name in Folder Pane and clickon 'Subscribe'
  • Click on 'Refresh'
  • Select/Highlight folders and click on 'Subscribe'.
  • Click on 'OK'
