Thunderbird 68
Hello, I was moving my email from Windows Live to Thunderbird. I am disappointed that I am unable to transfer my address book over. It looks like add ons are necessary, but not compatible with this version. Am I able to delete this version and get an older version? Would that be advisable?
I have tried to follow the directions of making a file and exporting my addresses. When I do try to import them, I am only able to do so one at a time. I have the repeat the process over and over. Even doing that, the files don't show up in the folder where they have been saved when I try to access them.
Thanks for any help.
Chosen solution
Use the Comma Separated Values (CSV) option instead of vcard (vcf) files. In CSV format, all contacts will be exported to a single file and all of them will be imported in one go instead of one at a time. See https://kb.nex-tech.com/article.php?id=25#exportcont

I did this but still unable to import addresses.
What happens this time?
I tried again and got a drop down menu to use. After going through that it appears as though my address book did import. Thank you!
You're welcome.
