I just found my answer to this kindly follow the following steps for doing this 

 Go to about:config

   Set to font name, e.g. "Roboto" each of these:

   font.name.sans-serif.x-unicode

   font.name.sans-serif.x-user-def

   font.name.sans-serif.x-western
