Starting with 68.7.0, TB incorrectly formats email address from address book on To: line. Problem did not exist prior to 68.7.0. I can provide examples.
TB 68.7.0 (32-bit) on Windows 7 Professional: This problem started with the automatic upgrade to 68.7.0, and is repeatable across two separate but similar computers:
If address book entry looks like this (email address is obviously fake) (see image TBAB-1 attached), the resulting To: line looks like this when the address book entry is referenced in a Write operation:
To: Thassalgrubius <"Thassalgrubius Floopnorg <TFloopnorg"@somemail.net>
causing a failure sending the mail.
However, if the address book entry looks like this (see image TBAB-2 attached), the To: line formats correctly:
To: Thassalgrubius Floopnorg <TFloopnorg@somemail.net>
Please note, this started only after installation of the 68.7.0 upgrade.

In the second picture, the Email field is a proper email address, but in the first picture it's not a proper email address, but what appears in the To: line of a new message when the First and Last fields are filled in and there is a proper email. I don't know how the 2nd one ever worked before, but I'm not surprised it fails now. There have been changes made in recent versions that affect the format of addresses, such as mailing lists must not have spaces or special characters in the list name.
