Have been using the Firefox Private Network extension with Firefox Browsers since 1st BETA days, it will not work anymore. I sent a trouble report with the extension tool and no response. So I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and now I get the following error message: "fpn.firefox.com The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure. OK!". I have a tech background and have tried everything I know including troubleshooting my PC, Modem, Internet Connection, etc. and nothing works to correct this problem. I still get the same error message and now can not reinstall the Firefox Private Network extension. Do I need to Volunteer with you to eventually some year fix this for you ? Whats up you all ? Please advise as to my next step.

Try removing it and adding it back again?
