I can't login to lockwise on my ipad

I choose 'get started`, enter my username and password. It gets the the finish page. But then 2 or 3 seconds later, jumps back to the Get started page.

I get an email saying `New sign-in to Firefox Lockwise`. I'm not prompted to enter a verification code. I get notifications on my other devices. I'm already logged into firefox.

any ideas? Too many devices?

Sorted it.


  1. Delete Firefox app
  2. Delete lockwise app
  3. Reinstall firefox via app store, login to firefox account
  4. Reinstall lockwise via app store, and login

And all good. Can see my passwords in the lockwise app.

I think this might have been caused by it being a new iPad. I set it up by doing a sync from my iPhone.

  1. Delete Firefox app
  2. Delete lockwise app
  3. Reinstall firefox via app store, login to firefox account
  4. Reinstall lockwise via app store, and login

And all good. Can see my passwords in the lockwise app.
