I logged in on gmail and added various accounts, (since you can have various account opened at the same time), but when I opened Firefox in my phone it showed that it wasn't logged in, yet the bookmarks were synced... I declined saving my passwords is that what could make it fail?

Hi

Even though you may have syncced bookmarks and used credentials using your Firefox Account, you will still need to log into websites.

The good news is that if you are using Firefox Lockwise as your password manger, it should detect that you wish to log in and make your credentials available to help you log in automatically.
