No, there is no way to do that currently. I don't even see a nonstandard way to do it.

Note that on Linux you can open the system menu in the PiP window via Alt+Space and resize the window by dragging the bottom right corner.

You can only have one PiP window open in a specific profile. You should be able to have multiple PiP windows open if you use separate profiles, but both windows will appear in the same position on the screen, so you will have to drag the top PiP window to another position to reveal the other PiP window hidden underneath it.
