Changes to bookmarks in one profile executed on another profile

Hi gang. I created a second profile because I'd like to have different browser bookmarks for home and work use. However, my bookmarks are bleeding between profiles - when I change them in the "work" profile, those changes are applied in the "home" profile and vice versa.

Any idea what the issue might be here?

By "profile", do you mean a different Firefox Account?

If you have more than one profile folder setup, they can't be connected to the same Firefox Account, since Firefox Sync will merge the bookmarks together.

Are both these Firefox profile connected to the same Firefox Sync Account ?

If that is the case then you will merge this data to both profile. You need to create separate Sync accounts to keep home and work data separated.
