This can be done with ReplyWithHeader (see picture). Beta version for TB 68.

Tools | Add-ons | Install add-ons from file gives (image below) message

Right-click the link: http://bit.ly/2BtWMOx Save Link As..., download the xpi file, then in TB Tools/Add-ons/Extensions, click the gear icon next to the search box, Install add-on from file..., select the xpi file.
