Right-click the link: http://bit.ly/2BtWMOx Save Link As..., download the xpi file, then in TB Tools/Add-ons/Extensions, click the gear icon next to the search box, Install add-on from file..., select the xpi file.

d/l installed v72.0b3, then d/l add-on, enabled it per instruction......works great THANK YOU
