When I start to type an address into a new email, the dropdown list displays options to click on. Is there any way to move one of these addresses to the top of this list? Thank You

I don't think you can prioritize the autocomplete results explicitly, but since the logic sets the most-contacted contact to appear at the top, it will eventually achieve your aim.

There is an add-on that offers some options to refine the autocomplete process: MRC Compose.
