If you now have two profile folders, you can copy abook.mab (Personal Address Book) and history.mab (Collected Addresses) from the old profile folder to the new one, while TB is closed, to overwrite the mab files in the new profile.

The default location of the profile folders, hidden by default in File Explorer, is: C:\Users\<winusername>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles

(Profiles contains profiles as subfolders).

For the mail, look in the Mail subfolder of the old profile, and then in subfolders named after the (POP) accounts. There you should see mbox files named like Inbox, Sent etc. with no file extension, along with .msf files. Copy the mbox files into the Mail/Local Folders location of the new profile. Same method for the ImapMail folder and Mail/Local Folders of the old profile.
