Yes, that should be correct at this moment.

There are also developer builds that are updated twice a week (Beta, Developer Edition) or twice a day (Nightly).

For now the Fx 60.9.0 ESR is a current version however the old 60 ESR branch will be EOL once Fx 70.0 and Fx 68.2.0 ESR are Released.
